“Revitalizing Lifestyle Through Yoga”

Fitness Club conducted an Online Inaugural Talk on “Revitalizing Lifestyle Through Yoga” on the 8th of October 2021. The inaugural talk was initiated by the Fitness Club to kick start the club and sensitize students on the benefits of yoga. Naga certified yogini Ms. Orentsani Kikon was the Resource Person. Her talk focused on the basic asanas of yoga, benefits of yoga, healthy food choices and also shared a very personal note on her quest to popularize yoga as a healthy form of living in Nagaland.

The activity was attended by students from all semesters, faculty and Principal.
