A program for handing out financial assistance to needy students was conducted on 18th April 2022 by the Students Welfare Committee. 10 (Ten) students from 6th Semester and 3 (three) from 4th Semester were given a sum of Rs. 2500/- each.
The Convener of the Committee, Ms. Tenosenuo Angami exhorted the student to excel in their academic studies as beneficiaries as they were chosen based on the terms and conditions laid down by the Committee. Mr. M. Khamhi from 6th Semester and a beneficiary thank the College Authority and the Committee on behalf of the Students. Mr. Khrieo Rutsa, Associate Prof and Head of Department, Education handed out the assistance. Money was raised by the Committee through sale of Pen. A sum of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred and Twenty only (13120/-) was raised through sale of Pen.
The Committee also received generous contribution from Mr. Khrieo Rutsa, Associate Prof & Head of Department, Education (Rs 5000/-) and from Ms. N. Mongyung Phom, Asst Prof & Head of Department, English (Rs 20,000/-).
Assistance for the beneficiary was given from the above source.
